The Role

Associate Director - NEW BUSINESS
Directly responsible for resources operating in the relevant branch.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for existing clients retention and development and for executing sales strategies on new clients, previously agreed with Sales & Marketing.

Follows risk placing strategies, that have been previously agreed with Broking & Specialties

Ensures all ancillary revenues generation strategies (such as administrative costs, claims revenues, engineering revenues, etc.) are executed.

Jointly with HR and own manager, contributes to define own area resources career paths for team resources. Together with HR identifies talents within the relevant area

Ensures the most efficient utilization of company resources to analyse and develop specific areas, regardless resources are within own area of responsibility.

Diligently follows the company processes and utilizes the company broking tools as required.

Ability to organize activities and resources

Management by objectives

Colleagues relationships handling

Sales attitude towards clients and prospects

Negotiation ability with carriers and clients

Ability to handle C-suite level relationship.

PC and MS Office Package skills

Enrollment to Section B of RUI
