The Project:

Zuru Tech is digitalizing the construction process of buildings all around the world. We have a multi-national team developing the world's first digital building fabrication platform, you design, we build it Modena, Italy, is the Software Development HQ, here we develop the Zuru Home app, a 3D drawing software that permits anyone to design a building and directly purchase the building online Welcome to the future

The Role:

The HR Specialist will deal with people HR management and office accounting.

The HR Specialist will work alongside management to create the most amazing workplace in the world, thanks to our disrupting project, we aim to innovate faster that any company in the world and redefine a lethargic industry, our HR Specialist will play a significant role into defining with us the inclusive and dynamic culture that drives all this passion throughout the company Will report directly to the company owners of the Italian branch and to the HR Lead.

Responsibilities:

ON THE HR FRONT:

Our office environment should be the best in the world, you will be responsible of taking care of policyauthoring for the new and existing talent and making sure the work environment is fresh, young and awesome to live in.
Zuru Tech has a modern flexible workhours + hybrid remote work, you'll work on control and management of the employees timesheet system, overtime, leave, disease leave, remote and holiday requests
Timesheets and paycheck management for payroll processing at the external payroll studio and Confindustria
Interface with international colleagues from our Chinese branch to manage HR costs and budgeting and update on the status of the work to the Emea HR Manager
Finance and Treasury.
Welcome every new employee on his first day, introduce them to the use of our timesheet management system for attendance and illustrate the company rules
Employee practices and documentation handling with different specialized tools (agreements, SARE, mandatory training, medical visits, salary increases, archival, employee overseas transfers)

ON THE ACCOUNTING AND TREASURER FRONT:

Zuru Tech Italy is an R&D company, we don't sell products, we just have expenses related to software R&D (computers, office equipment, rent, clean service, etc). Finance is reduced to a minimum and tightly simplified and mostly off-loaded to a 3rd party accountant.
Connect with the company accountant which takes care of all local regulatory processing of invoices and tax processing.
Purchase invoices, preparation of payments on banking portals, updating and management of monthly budgeting

Requirements:

Bachelor in Economics or Umanities as Law or specialization in "Working relationship"
Experience in HR and payroll administration
Great communication skills
Exceptional problem solving and passion for creating a siliconvalley style workplace
Experience in accounting and treasury
Indepth knowledge of the CCNL "Terziario e servizi" 14 installments

Excellent Excel

Word and PowerPoint
Excellent English spoken and written

Flexible work time (40h/week), every day you decide how many hours to work. The core time is from 10 to 12am, the rest of the day is up to you
