Responsibilities:

Serve all beverage orders in a professional manner using the correct equipment and following the proper procedures;
Be able to recommend wine suggestions to the guest according to the requirements
Promote up selling techniques;
Ensure that all wine lists are updated and maintain accurate sales records of wines and spirits;
Control the stock level of all beverage items;
Assist with the service of food when necessary.

Requirements:

A multiyear working experience in finedining restaurant, preferably in 5star hotel;
Fluent in English and Italian. French is a plus;
Willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
Initiative and with good customer service skills;
Well groomed.
