Telephone Agent

We are seeking a motivated Guest Experience Agent to join our pre-opening team.

• Assist with responsibilities and duties in Front Office and Guest Services during absences or heavy volumes.
• Organize bell boys' duties for guest arrival/departure, luggage delivery/storage.

The ideal candidate has experience in similar roles at lifestyle hotels, with good understanding of hotel operations/front desk/guest relations/concierge procedures. A/higher education qualification/equivalent in "Hotel Management"/"Business Administration", along with language proficiency (English/Italian), is required.
Additional qualifications: flexibility to work weekends/public holidays.
