OMNICHANNEL ACQUISITION & DATA ANALYST SPECIALIST
The Omnichannel Acquisition & Data Analyst Specialist will increase website visibility generating qualified traffic to the website. He/She will maximize client demand capture through synergies with the digital marketing team in a full-funnel marketing approach.

He/She will also oversee the ecommerce funnel and indicate corrective actions to the relevant team to maximize conversion and reach ecommerce target.


Main Accountabilities

  • Execute the traffic acquisition strategy in collaboration with the performance marketing team, digital marketing, CRM and ecommerce team to reach visibility and revenues targets
  • Support the manager in the collaboration with central teams for media plan and budget for all acquisition channels to deliver profitable sales through agreed traffic and ROAS targets
  • Plan, implement, measure and optimize global demand generation programs across different channels to drive brand awareness and revenue generation.
  • Analyzing online customer demand performances and website funnel addressing corrective actions with relevant teams
  • Partner with media team, social team, CRM, digital product owners and local markets to optimize campaigns on all channels (SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Display, Retargeting, etc.) with a fullfunnel approach
  • Identify and develop new trafficdriving opportunities to increase reach, customer acquisition and conversion
  • Collaborate with marketing analytics to inform acquisition campaign strategy including segmentation and targeting, A/B testing and measurement plans
  • Develop reports, digital insights and trends to share across the business
  • Evaluate Organic Search performance by monitoring SEO KPIs and create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, new technologies, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to ensure Bulgari stay at the forefront of digital marketing.

Profile:


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor or Masters education in relevant field
  • 2+ years' experience in working in a Digital marketing team (internal or agency), with proven experience in delivering successful campaigns across performance marketing channels
  • Experience with web analytics tool and data driven insights
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to build reports and summarize data in meaningful and insightful way for the goals of the business
  • Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization, both onsite (keyword research, content creation and optimization, technical optimization) and offsite (link building)
  • Advanced proficiency in SEO tools (such as, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, Conductor, SEMrush, GA, Google ads or similar tools)
  • Highly analytical with the ability to work across data platforms such as Google Analytics (or similar) and Microsoft Excel
  • Commercially minded, with a strong focus on business growth with the ability to work towards metrics and targets
  • Working knowledge of core performance digital marketing channels including Paid Search, Display, Social, and Affiliate
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrable experience synthesizing data, delivering actionable insights, and making strategic decisions
  • A creative, solutionoriented approach: you are hands on and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Comfortable driving results in a collaborative, fastpaced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills across multiple departments and countries team spirit is important to you and you enjoy working with a diverse, inclusive and international team
  • Fluency in Italian & English
