Senior Analyst - Business Analysis

The Senior Analyst - Business Analysis is responsible for providing strategic and operational analysis to support the Organisation's decision-making process.

This role will be a key contributor in developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The Senior Analyst - Business Analysis will work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans, track progress against goals, and provide ongoing reporting on performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

Analyses current business processes to identify areas of improvement or potential cost savings.
Develops detailed financial models to evaluate the impact of proposed changes on revenue and expenses.
Researches industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Creates reports summarising findings from data analysis projects.
Monitors performance metrics across all departments/divisions/products/services to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Collaborates with stakeholders across the Organisation (e.g., finance, operations, marketing) to ensure alignment between strategy and execution plans.
Prepares presentations for senior management outlining recommendations based on research findings or data analysis results.
Leads crossfunctional teams in implementing new initiatives or process improvements as needed by the Organisation's objectives.
