    This Role In Summary

    We're looking for a motivated intern to join our Customer Service team at our HQ in Zanè (VI). You'll be part of a fast-moving environment where operations, people, and technology connect every day. In this role, you'll support daily CS activities while working cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Logistics. You'll help us deliver a smooth experience to our B2B customers (multi-brand partners and retail stores) across multiple touchpoints.

    What You'll Do

    • Support day-to-day Customer Service operations (wholesale communication, order management, delivery follow-up)
    • Help track performance through reporting and KPI monitoring
    • Contribute to the rollout of new digital tools with communication and data analysis support
    • Collaborate with different teams to improve processes and customer experience

    Who You Are

    • A Master's degree student in Languages, Communication, Economics, or a related field
    • Fluent in English; other languages are considered an asset
    • A team player who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments
    • Curious, hands-on, and eager to learn by doing
    • Comfortable with change and excited about innovation
