    The Technical Sales Support Specialist is the first point of contact for Smart Building and Smart Power Division in Electrification (EL) Business Area customers and business partners of the EL BA in Italy for technical request.

    Reporting to the Technical Sales Support Team Leader and using your technical skills and knowledge, you will aid the Sales Support team by reacting to customer inquiries.

    This position reports toEL Customer Operations Manager
    Your responsibilitiesProvide internal and external Technical Sales Support (e.g. technical support, Technical Documentation) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase Customer Satisfaction. Support customer during Pre-sales / Post Sales technical inquiry.
    Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g. Technical Support, Technical Documentation) by coordinating with Product Marketing, Factories, Service, and other internal and/or external teams.
    Recommend appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request.
    Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process. Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs.
    Collaborate with Product Marketing and other internal teams to maintain and update technical documentations to increase self-service experience.
    Represents the Voice of the Customer within local teams. Provides feedback to internal and external teams to promote alignment between process outputs and customer expectations.

    Apply Safety Rules and Safe Practices, performs assigned tasks in a safe manner that will encourage others to exercise safety in their normal daily activities.

    Your backgroundDiploma of electrical or electronic technician.
    Good knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
    A previous experience of 3-5 years in similar roles is a plus.
    Fluent spoken and written English.
    Preferential knowledge of Sales Force and Excel.
    A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
    An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
