Job summary

We are looking for a talented to join our team at Mama Shelter Lake Como. As a , you will be responsible for setting up dishes and respecting the values of Mama. You will ensure the quality of service, storage and cleaning in the kitchen, as well as food storage.
You will control and ensure the proper storage of supplies. You will participate in the creation of the menu in collaboration with management and the Group Executive Chef.
You will recruit, lead and develop a kitchen team of around 30 people. You will ensure profitability through an optimal use of goods,
