We are looking for an Embedded DevOps to insert in R&D in a team that deals with the automated testing infrastructure and continuous integration.

The figure will be included in a team and he/she will be responsible for the following activities:

• Management of automatic test infrastructure and continuous integration;
• Development of scripts and test methodologies;
• Support to troubleshooting activities by cooperating with HW and SW development teams;
• BIOS configuration for embedded boards;
• Installation and configuration of Linux/Windows operating systems;
• Test suite maintenance and updating;

Requirements:

Good knowledge of Linux:
installation, configuration, troubleshooting, modules management;

• Bash Scripting;
• Good knowledge of network infrastructures and protocols;
• Knowledge of Python;
• Knowledge of the C programming language for microcontrollers;
• Basic electronics knowledge and ability to interpret an electrical diagram.

Will be evaluated as a plus:

• Jenkins knowledge;
• Also amateur experience on embedded systems or for makers (e.g. Arduino and Raspberry PI);
• Practical and theoretical foundations on software testing;
• Knowledge of industrial buses such as: RS-232/485/422, I2C, SPI.
