- Develop and design manufacturing processes for new products or modifications to existing products.
- Conduct feasibility studies and collaborate with research and development teams to translate concepts into viable production processes.

It is active in several industrial sectors and produces a wide range of specialized materials which are used in many different applications.
The position of Process Engineer plays a crucial role in our company by overseeing the design, implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes. The Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring that efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met throughout the production process and works closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and improve existing processes to enhance productivity and profitability. The resource we are looking for will operate on the Piedmont (Canavese) site for the release lines paper.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Design and Development:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of process simulation, modeling, and optimization tools.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the industry (e.g., ISO, OSHA, EPA).
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Project management experience is desirable.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant methodologies may be advantageous.
Creative thinking and technical capability to come up with new ideas.
Strong leadership skills.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Excellent organizational skills.
End-To-End Process Understanding.
Fluency in Italian and English. Other language skills are an advantage.
