    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Global HSE Management System Specialist to join our team. This role will involve designing and implementing the Chiesi Global HSE Management System across all affiliate sites, in compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Coordinate Corporate HSE initiatives across Chiesi affiliates.
    • Support global HSE policy implementation.
    • Ensure effective alignment of HSE approaches across sites.
    • Harmonize HSE processes, including Risk Assessment, Incident reporting & investigation, HSE KPIs.
    • Participate in HSE audit plans.

    Required Experience

    At least one year in similar roles, preferably in complex multi-site organizations.

    Education

    Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

    Languages

    Fluent English (written and spoken).

    Technical Skills

    • Knowledge of relevant HSE standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
    • Auditing techniques.
    • HSE requirements in industrial environments.
    • Design thinking.

    • Communication skills.
    • Creative/innovative mindset.
    • Adaptability and flexibility.
    • Emotional and social intelligence.
