Job Scope

Key


Responsibilities:


Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee turnover, recruitment, performance, diversity, and other key HR metrics.

Prepare and deliver accurate and timely HR reports, dashboards, and presentations to various stakeholders, including senior management

Develop and maintain HR reporting metrics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.


Collaborate with HR business partners to understand their reporting needs and provide customized HR reports and analytics to support their decision-making process.

Assist in the development and implementation of new HR reporting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.


Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR reporting and analytics to continuously improve reporting methodologies and tools.

Conduct data audits and quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with IT teams to generate automated HR reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Proven work experience as an HR Reporting Specialist or similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR analytics and reporting methodologies, including data collection, data analysis, and report development.

Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel functions, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and tools.

Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and legal regulations.

High ethical standards and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
