Pensieri di Cavatina, a company created to run a 20-hectare agritourism business located in the heart of Tuscany, among olive groves, vineyards and a top hotel team, is looking for a Chairman of the Board of Directors / CEO of an agritourism complex (lover of good wine, good food, living with passion)


Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Company's activities, with specific reference to agriculture and administration, agritourism activities, production and sale of wine and oil;
  • Planning and implementation of development strategy and construction of business offerings;
  • Conducting indepth business analysis argued by relevant reports;
  • Achieving set goals, maximizing performance within financial indicators and parameters;
  • Organization of processes and their supervision;
  • Managing and supervising the work of subordinate employees;
  • Preparation of appropriate marketing policy, ensuring adequate human resources, development and implementation of the operating system;
  • Decisionmaking skills necessary for the proper operation of the Company;
  • Cooperation with accounting
and payroll outsourcing;

  • Contacts with banks and other government agencies;
  • Cooperation with the team in Poland

Requirements:

  • IAP (Professional Agricultural Entrepreneur) qualifications;
  • Knowledge of Italian and English at a minimum B2 level;
  • Higher education;
  • Previous experience in a managerial position in a company with similar profile;
  • High level of knowledge in the field of economics, marketing and regional regulations;
  • Knowledge of agritourism and local wine market;
  • The ability to think strategically, conceptually;
  • Perseverance and determination to achieve set goals;
  • Ability to work in a multinational team (Italy, Poland).
