- Svolgere attività di interfacciamento tra il Cliente e strutture interne, gestendone tutti gli aspetti di comunicazione e strutturandone il coordinamento
- Essere in grado di gestire e risolvere criticità operative che si possono verificare durante un progetto o per malfunzionamenti in Operation, incident management
- Sapersi adattare all'evolversi delle soluzioni tecnologiche implementate nel contesto del cliente
- Conoscere i principali protocolli e concetti di networking
- Saper leggere ed interpretare stacktrace di java
- Conoscere OS Linux (basic)
- Conoscere Java base e scripting batch
- Conoscere Openshift, Dynatrace e Splunk
- Disponibilità ad operare in trasferta
- Propensione alla condivisione della conoscenza e al reporting delle attività svolte
- Conoscenza standard di settore (es. ISO 27001), con focus sulle tematiche bancarie
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese

Per la Business Unit Cybersecurity di NTT DATA Italia stiamo cercando un profilo con solide esperienze tecnologiche nell'ambito Identity, Application & Data Security.
All'interno dell'area di business, tale figura dovrà supportare le attività di Operations/Application Maintenance per un importante gruppo bancario relative alle diverse tematiche legate alla sicurezza applicativa, dai temi di Identity Management al Controllo Accessi e delle dispositive.
Il candidato deve saper interpretare e comprendere le problematiche tipiche di questi contesti e definire le azioni più idonee per indirizzare le esigenze del cliente, sapendo declinare le proposte in base ai livelli dei diversi interlocutori con cui si dovrà confrontare. Dovrà inoltra collaborare e supervisionare le risorse del team e facilitare le comunicazioni tra i diversi gruppi di progettazione attivi sul cliente.
