JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • The Demand Manager forecasts, plans for and manage the demand for products and services within the CRM function at the WW level interacting with the different CRM business areas evaluating proactively transformation initiatives, functional enrichment and continuous improvements on existing CRM systems.
  • Lead from a "business" owner perspective the new brands onboarding process to our central systems (local customer database and CRM tool).
  • Collaborate on the definition of the priorities defining its value, feasibility and economic impact; support business requirements definition and formalization.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:


  • He/she is collecting corporate and regional needs to develop opportunities interacting with both business and technical teams.
Project management for WW CRM function for the following tools and processes:

  • CRM Marketing Campaign tools, CRM Analytics tools, POS, Client engagement tools, paper and digital CRM card tools;
  • Marketing campaigns, Analytics, Data Quality and clienteling processes.

Business process owner for:
- consumer data collection and treatment processes in compliance with the legislation across all channels (offline and online);
- congruence and consistency between processes and systems for the CRM business areas: Intelligence, Analytics, Campaign Management and Engagement;
- deployment of WW guidelines for harmonization of processes for data capture and enrichment, management, monitoring and data quality

  • Support the development of data usability layers to guarantee accessibility of customer data for CRM function and to support business needs;
  • Act as point of reference for CRM team with IT project
  • Managing of all aspects of the project from kick off through to operational support
  • Based on project scope and required business outcomes, including defined deliverables, key interdependencies and resourcing requirements
  • Ensuring that controls and measures are in place to assure the quality of everything we deliver
  • Ensuring that key stakeholders are kept well informed with accurate and timely information of progress, risks and issues including the daily updates
  • Making sure interdependencies with other projects are maintained, managed and properly coordinate
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a successful project completion
  • Provide supervision and planning in the successful completion of specific projects

    TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
  • Educational Background in Management Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or related technical field.
  • At least 6/10 years of experience as Project Leader in Tech / Consultancy segment / Luxury within a multinational company (in CRM area preferred)
  • Solid experience in Demand management/Project management focused on CRM, managing IT projects in the CRM area
  • Indepth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and PM tools (Jira)
  • Experience with CRM tools like SAP CRM, Saleforce and Oracle, Other ERP/CRM preferred
  • Effective time management and proven capability to prioritize work load
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at different levels
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Exceptionally detail oriented and technically minded (good literacy, IT and numeracy skills)
  • Leadership skills positive, confident and proactive
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to other team members

CANDIDATE PROFILE:


  • Educational Background: degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or related technical field.

  • Italian: Native
  • English: Fluent
