Company engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of construction machinery, agricultural machinery and other high-tech equipment and new construction materials.
DescrizioneResponsible for new product market demand management, competitiveness assessment and improvement, product life cycle and product spectrum planning, proposing new product and new technology development suggestions, and formulating corresponding mission statements;
Responsible for organizing the structural design (or electrical control design, or hydraulic system design) and improvement of new products, and organizing the preparation of various technical materials;
Responsible for organizing product prototype production, testing and pilot testing.
Profilo del Candidato
Engineering machinery, mechanical design and other related majors, master the core technology of the overall structure and subsystems (structural parts, hydraulic system, electronic control system) of telescopic forklifts.
Have 5 years or more product development experience;TELESCOPIC FORKLIFT product experience is mandatory;
Have solid professional knowledge, strong problem-solving ability, excellent project management ability, strong communication, coordination and resource integration capabilities;
Frequency of business trips to China.
