Aim of the Industrial Engineering & Technologies directorate is to ensure and lead the chain of - physical design - technologies development - industrialization - materials and manufacturing processes qualifications - EEE parts selection and PPL management, starting from earliest part of life cycle to mitigate risks.

The Directorate operates since earlier TRL phases assessing technologies maturity and qualification status, and then in project execution from Solution Orientation.


We are looking for a resource to be included in Roma site as full-time position in the frame of Industrial Engineering & Technologies directorate as Assembly Qualification And Quality Workflows Manager.


He/She will coordinate the technological qualification processes (both standard SMT and Area Array Device) ensuring the transversal management of technology, quality, industry and logistics team for all the activity related to assembly qualification (preparation of qualification plans, definition of assembly processes, experimental execution according to environmental tests, analysis of the final DPA results and preparation of the qualification reports) and the proper quality workflow adoption.


Requirements:


  • Fiveyear (preferred) or threeyear degree in Electronic Engineering/Physics (preferred) or equivalent.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in PCB assembly technologies, EEE and mechanical elements, assembly qualifications, environmental tests and related techniques.
  • At least 5 years of experience in management of an HW team is required.
  • English reading and listening skills (equivalent at least to B1 certification) are required.
