    Customer Success Manager - SaaS - Madrid or Barcelona (Remote)

    The Role:
    Managing accounts across Spain and ItalyBuilding and managing long term relationships (C-level to operations)

    Retaining and developing the customers portfolioPreventing ChurnDriving revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell and cross-sellMonitoring your KPIs and your monthly targetsSending commercial proposalsReaching monthly targets of retention and sales growthBeing a team player and work closely with the Sales, Product and Marketing teamsThe Company:
