Position Summary
The Sales Manager will collaborate and report directly to the General Manager in Rome.

The primary goal of this position is to envision FlexAuto's vision, which is to ensure that we offer our clients an outstanding customer experience.

He/ She will be responsible for coordinating and taking all necessary actions to maximize the sales conversion rate, as well as direct and oversee all functions of the sales department, with the goal of developing our ever - increasing clientele.


Requirements:


Responsibilities

  • Direct member of the sales team, guide junior staff, and train newcomers
  • Mentor and coach members in meeting sales targets and ensuring that we provide outstanding customer experience to our clients
  • Support the sales team internally to run at its maximum capacity
  • Fully grasp what we offer and provide clients detailed and accurate information, but also understand the business model in order to grow the existing customer base and meet monthly sales targets
  • Comprehend customers' needs to negotiate winwin contracts
  • Grow existing customer base and meet monthly sales goals
  • Coordinate and supervise the performance of sales processes and daytoday operations in support of Clevel management

Your profile

  • 57 years of experience in a similar position
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders within a startup environment
  • Passion for closing deals, a strong work ethic, and a cando attitude
  • Customerfirst mindset and proven ability to commit to your work
  • Love for a varied day with a mix of communications, organization, and customer touchpoints
  • Can act independently, solve problems by yourself and enjoy going the extra mile to make sure our customers are served perfectly
  • BSc/BA and/or Master's in Marketing, Business, or Economics from a top tier university in Italy or abroad
  • Excellent command of the Italian and English language (both written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy
