We are looking for an intern to join our Electrification business as Trainee Strategic Operations.

You will support the Strategic Operations and Business Performance Manager for our Building and Home Automation Solutions business in improving the processes on the interface between global product group and Operations (Hubs/Manufacturing, SCM, Logistics) and driving the manufacturing strategy for our products with internal and external partners.

Your backgroundMaster or bachelor degree in engineering or business degree, ideally with a focus on Operations;Strong analytical skills and solid proficiency in IT and office tools;Excellent knowledge of English written and spoken is a must, additional languages are a plus;Confident to contact colleagues in different parts of the organization internationally;Target driven working attitude with a certain degree of independence.
