We are looking for an SALES ACCOUNT - INTERN to join our Business Development and Key Account Export team based in Milan.

Reporting to the Export/Key Account Manager you will be involved in the following activities:

Daily management of clients portfolio (distributors/agents);
Organize the Sales Convention at 360° twice a year (quotations and reservations, showroom set up, dinners and parties organization);
Set up the showroom for meetings with external stakeholders;
Coordinate with Internal departments (share materials/info);
Budgets, forecasts and stock availabilities;
Samples and marketing materials management;
Maintaining a database that tracks merchandise and customer data;
Ensure timely resolution of quality issues with distributors, agents, internal team;
Prepare presentations to support the department to achieve the company goals.

Profile:

Fluent English (B2 and above) and Italian
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office package, especially excel
Strong analytical skills
Customer oriented approach
Multicultural and curious mindset
Proactive
Highly organized
Teamwork skills

Highly appreciated

Milan based
Experience abroad (even if short)

Qualification:
graduate student in international studies/management, marketing

Starting date:

ASAP

Reporting to:
International Key Account Manager

Monthly contribution + meal vouchers.

Full time internship - hybrid
