  • Aktive Mitarbeit für eine erfolgreiche Einführung eines Service Management Tools zur Verfolgung von Kundenanfragen und -problemen
  • Überwachung und Priorisierung von Supportanfragen, um eine schnelle und effektive Lösung zu gewährleisten
  • Gewährleistung der reibungslosen Funktion unserer Service Systeme, sowie Pflege der Stammdaten und Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität sowie Sicherstellung der Kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Systeme
  • Unterstützung und Verwaltung unserer internen Kommunikationsplattform um die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Abteilungen zu verbessern
  • Verwaltung und Pflege des CPQ-Systems zur Konfiguration, Preisgestaltung und Angebotserstellung sowie Aktualisierung von Produktparametern, Preisen und Konfigurationsoptionen

    • WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ähnliches
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung und Verwaltung von IT-Tools, idealerweise im Bereich Customer Support und Service
  • Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Ticketsystemen und CRM/ERP-Systemen
  • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Aufgaben zu priorisieren
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch & Italienisch ist ein plus
