Ruoli e Responsabilità

• Garantire la costante disponibilità di tutti i materiali critici (metalli preziosi, componenti, pietre) secondo i piani produttivi.
  Purché evitando rotture di stock che impattino sulla produzione.

1. Gestire il monitoraggio del livello di stock obiettivo definito a budget
2. Ottimizzare il costo totale d'acquisto attraverso negoziazioni strategiche ed consolidamento delle richieste d'approvvigionamento.
