JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Digital CL Product Specialist is responsible for successfully maintaining product catalogue for all digital channels selling contact lenses, coordinate calendar activities and site updates in order to create an engaging and relevant experience for our visitors keeping connection and alignment between catalog and planning teams.
He/She will work collaboratively with the global ecommerce team, Business, Marketing, Analytics, Creative and Product teams to maximize conversion opportunities-
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Catalog:


  • Oversee and support maintenance of Contact Lenses catalog and product assortment & Pricing
  • Manage regional assortments ensuring best quality of contents for the online catalogue (i.e prices, attributes, copies, images, stock)
  • Manage creation and release of product collection aligning its go live to GTM calendar

Product:


  • Accountable for managing products and categories to create an engaging and relevant experience for visitors (i.e. Product Categorization).
  • Monitor website to ensure that product is active on the site and appropriately merchandised. Evaluate placement and productivity based on analytics to maximize sales daily.

Reporting:


  • Report out KPI results related to assortment and product updates, communicate how the content and product strategy is contributing to business goals.

  • PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
  • Problemsolving attitude and ability to drive process improvement
  • Extremely flexible with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Organized state of mind with ability to coordinate with many teams and plan schedules according to their needs
  • Superior time management and organizational abilities via calendar/task planning to reach deadlines
  • An excellent knowledge of the Web and associated technologies
  • An ability to work under pressure and changing environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Selfmotivated. Ability to work well independently and within a multifunctional, multicampus team.
  • Knowledge of PLM PIM tools is a plus
