About the role

We are expanding our People and Culture team in Italy and we are looking for somebody who will help us build and grow our Talent Acquisition function.

You will be responsible for talent acquisition processes for the Italian market - both for white and for blue collars - setting up the TA strategy, selecting the recruitment channel and creating a funnel to support the scaleup of the company at national level.

You will be reporting the the Director Head of People Italy and have close cooperation with the TA community in the Group.

Work area and key responsibilities

• Setting up the talent acquisition strategy for the Italian market
• Selecting and activating recruitment channels (job boards, external agencies, high schools, universities, business schools, etc.)
• Setting up a local employer branding strategy and helping to execute it
• Partnering with HQ TA team and other markets' TA team in order to shape a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the company
• Act as a SME for all TA processes within the local organization

What we would like you to have
Besides an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deal with constant change, we would like you to have

• Proven experience in talent acquisition for both white and blue collars
• Knowledge of recruitment channels and tools
• Fluent in English and Italian

• Have experience in the Energy industry
• Can create value starting from scratch
