Mission
You will be part of the People Engagement & Change management department and you will be responsible for the HR systems administration, ensuring the working of the systems and the correct usage from our Key Users at Group level.
Moreover, you will liaise with the People Analytics Advisor and the HR Process Owners in building and measuring our Group People KPIs.
Key responsibilities:
- Support & Training
Being a main point of contact for all system Key Users, providing support on the SuccessFactors modules in scope (Employee Central, Goals & Performance, Recruiting, Succession & Development and Compensation) and Ingentis.
Open and monitor case resolution with our external Maintenance Service.
Provide training on the system to the Key Users for all the modules in scope.
Mantain and update the training materials for all modules in scope.

- Data Quality
Support the data entry process through massive import, as needed, as well as massive data corrections.
- Interfaces Management and System Configuration
Maintenance of the System Configuration:
business rules, workflow, approvers, permission groups.
Monitoring and maintain all the interfaces linked to SuccessFactors (payroll and other IT Systems).
Participate in the continuous development, adoption, testing and maintenance of HR systems
- People Analytics
Implement new dashboards from multiple data sources, through Ingentis or other Analytics tools.
- Projectbase activities
Your profile
You have preferably a Bachelor's degree in Economy / Maths / Statistics / Engineering / Information Technology and at least from 1 to 3 years' experience within the HRIS world as project manager/analyst/specialist in a Company or in a Consultancy firm or as Specialist within the Organization and processes department of a multinational Company.
Knowledge of HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / Peoplesoft / Cornerstone and experience with system implementations, deployments, upgrades and patches will be considered as plus.
You are accurate and you pay attention to details, you are indipendent but able to work within a team, in a matrix and multi-cultural environment.
You are expert in using Excel - comfortable with complex formulas such as vlookup, index-match, if-then-else, pivot tables, etc and you are proficient with Office Automation tools (Office/Microsoft 365 Suite).
