The Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation (CMRE) is seeking a SCRUM Master to join their team.

1. Organize all ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives - within their timeboxes.
2. Mentor team members on self-management, cross-functionality, and Agile principles to improve overall performance.
