  • 15/04/2024-As Service Specialist, your final goal will be to transform business needs in reliable services. To ensure this you will be working in close relation with the Line of Business Owner of the business segment you are assigned to and other technical and programmatic Point of Contacts such as Head of Technology, Program Managers and Lead Engineers.-
    Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • ****Develop and implement strategies for providing services to customers in line with Line of Business needs.
  • Manage and coordinate service development activities through requirements identification, operations design, budget and cost analysis and tradeoff, leading to successful implementation to assure service delivery. To ensure mission execution as per the company's launch manifest, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing the required infrastructures.
  • Issue and maintain Services documentations to be used for commercial purposes and related Service Statement of Work / Service Level Agreement in close collaboration with Line of Business Owners, Sales and the Fleet team.
  • Contribute with strategical, tactical, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of the services, with the goal of optimizing business outcome. It includes the responsibilities of the following knowledge area to support.
  • Sales & Operations Planning Process, for the definition and maintenance of an integrated planning.
  • Customer Acquisition Process
  • In line with Service Operations Manager directions, report to Line of Business Owner services evolution proposal based on direct delivery experience and mission lesson learned.
  • As part of the Service Operation Management team, contribute to the definition of the service evolution roadmaps making sure that the agreed evolutions projects are kickedoff and delivered identifying the KPIs to measure the benefits.
  • Report overall services risk register identify clearly impacts on operations and business. Make sure the agreed mitigations actions are duly implemented.
  • Participate in business development activities, including preparing proposals, identifying new opportunities, and developing partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
  • Being part of a fastgrowing team, additional duties may be assigned, as needed, in line with the job profile.

Required Technical Skills:


  • 5+ years of experience on Program Management and/or Services Management and/or Mission Management in a fastpaced environment
  • Programmatic experience in space business and/or in the development of operations for services delivery
  • Excellent Lateral thinking skills.
  • Excellent in translating business requirements into operational requirements.
  • Excellent planning skills to make effective the communication, monitoring & control of integrated plans.
  • Ability to propose, develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customeroriented approach.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team and individually

  • Leadership, management, and team coordination skills.

Education:


  • Advanced University degree (Master's degree or equivalent) preferably in Aerospace Engineering or Management Engineering

Language:

This role requires professional proficiency in English.
