Responsibilities:

Mission:

You will coontrol the proper execution of the routing of purchase and sale orders on foreign investment funds.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Manage the orders received from domestic banks in foreign mutual funds
Follow up the correct deals of the orders to the relative transfer agent in order to process it correctly
Monitoring and analysis of the accounting impact of such operations on cash account of SICAV
Recover all operations not automatically loaded from the procedure, providing the partial or total rejection of operations (after notification to Clients)
Record requests about refunds, subscriptions, switches, received from Clients
Realize the reconciliation of accounts inflows/refunds and BOE of each SICAV or OICR
Send the operations executed to the counterpart

Profile required:

Studies & experience:

Bachelor's degree in Economics/Social studies/Legal
Preferable: prior experience in Financial Industry
Preferable: Fund Services experience

Italian
