- Develop and execute a comprehensive media and communication strategy, maintaining a unified brand presence while tailoring content to specific channels, aligned with e-commerce objectives, target audience, and brand identity.
- Develop the social media strategy to drive the engagement and growth through innovative campaigns, community building, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor digital trends, emerging technologies, and practices to continually enhance the organization's digital communication strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external key stakeholders (as agencies)
- Manage media budget, allocate resources effectively, and set performance goals for each channel and initiative.
- Monitor and analyse media performances, providing regular reports to leadership.
- Define KPIs for content and digital communication.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns, content engagement, and media investments, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital specialists.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Encourage professional growth and development within the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as content, sales and product to ensure media investments are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Master's degree in Economics.
- Relevant experience in Beauty. B2B is a plus.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in media, communication strategy in digital driven companies with a track record of successful campaigns and initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of digital, social media and analytics tools. Excellent skills in the main Performance levers (SEA, Re-targeting, Affiliation, Performance display) and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics; GA4 is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Experience in building relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content and strategies in line with target.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in Italian and English is mandatory, French is a plus.
