We are currently looking for Sales Assistants for our Casa pop-up based in La Rinascente - Roma.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key responsibilities:

Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers' needs.
Deliver outstanding customerservice and build longterm relationship with customers.
Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge.

Profilo

Requirements:

Home collection/Interior design product knowledge
Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team player
