We are actively seeking a Production Process Supervisor to join our great teams based in Sondalo SO, Lombardy.

Working closely with the Production Manager and other Production Supervisors, you will be responsible for building and leading projects to meet business and customer requirements. The role will be a mix of people management, production efficiency, customer satisfaction, process improvements and compliance which are critical to manufacturing our products that save and sustain lives.

In this role, you will focus on a few key areas:

Support the Production Manager of the plant and the Production Supervisors in the management of operational activities, acting, when necessary, as Deputy Tracking of production KPIabsorption and efficiency to promote and prioritize improvements Transversal activity on production lines in order to meet production KPIs Manage and solve problems in a cross

Functional context suggesting improvements in production processes, acting as a referent for continuous improvement. Manage the Value Stream Maps of primary process, driving the action plans in order to reach the planned future state in the production flow. Support in the development and startup of new production lines, supplying the production point of view as added value to the process. Standardization of the departments and internal procedures of the factory.
