    Head of SalesCrown Tours | Tour OperatorCrown Tours is a fast-growing international tour operator delivering high-quality tours and experiences across multiple destinations.

    As we continue to expand our commercial footprint, we're looking for asenior Head of Salesto lead and scale our sales organization.

    The RoleThis is akey leadership positionresponsible for driving revenue growth acrossmultiple sales channels , bothon-the-ground and online.

    You will lead the Sales Team, structure scalable sales processes, and define the overallonline & offline sales strategy , including partnerships and new business opportunities.

    Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and grow theSales Teamacross different locationsCoordinateon-the-spot salesactivities in Crown Tours' front officesDefine and execute aglobal sales strategy , covering:Online sales channelsOffline sales initiativesStrategic partnerships (B2 B, affiliates, resellers)Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance frameworksBuild and optimize sales processes, tools, and reportingCollaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and ManagementIdentify new revenue streams and growth opportunitiesEnsure consistency in sales standards and brand positioningRequirementsProven experience in asenior sales leadership role(Head of Sales / Sales Director)Strong experience managing and motivatingsales teamsSolid background inmulti-channel sales(on-site, online, partnerships)Strategic mindset with a hands-on approachStrong analytical and leadership skillsExcellent communication skillsFluent English (other languages are a plus)Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality is a strong plusWhat We OfferA key role in an expanding international companyDynamic, international and fast-paced environmentInterested?
