Descrizione

Missions:

Building investment models and presentations on acquisition opportunities;
Involvement in property transactions and portfolio management;
Attending and participating in onsite meetings with service providers including agents, architects, building managers and contractors;
Actively updating the investment pipeline and managing the deal flow;
Building investment committee reports.

Profile:

A previous internship experience in real estate would be appreciated
Open minded and proactive
Flexible in working across a variety of tasks
A taste for deals and interest in Real Estate
Knowledge of Microsoft Office pack and especially Excel
Proficient in Italian and English required
