For our client, multinational company - Automotive Sector, we are looking for a Production Manager.Mission
- Be responsible of the production activities (in terms of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delay, Motivation), in terms of targets achievement and results improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement of his/her perimeter.
Manage people
- Monitor competences for his/her team and develops its autonomy (training plan building, followup & training actions implementation).
- Ensure working standards are respected on its perimeter during the operations (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product, CSR).
- Ensure that standards of reaction are applied with rigor and perform escalation according to standards.
- Lead daily, weekly & monthly meetings, and organize delegation and conduct annual appraisals, salary review, career interviews, succession planning & give feedback.
- Communicate a mindset of continuous improvement & responsibility vs. targets achievement inside production.
- Perform OJT of his/her teams every day on standards & methodologies implemented
Manage standards
- Ensure enforcement of health, safety and environmental rules.
Manage production
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction.
- Ensure optimal use of equipment.
- Assign & check corrective actions on recurring problems with Plant support departments.
- Validate monthly the demonstrated capacity of his/ her perimeter and communicate to Supply Chain
- Weekly commit on Production Plan.
- Respect daily the Production Plan
Manage continuous improvement
- Lead workstation ergonomics risk analysis and elimination.
- Lead & review action plans to improve SQCDM performance (actual and targets).
- Be responsible for Customer Line Return analysis and solving for products in front of customers.
- Propose lay out evolutions to simplify flows.
- Prepare budget proposal (including training actions, investments).
- Manage the budget and allocates the appropriate resources in respect with the budget perimeter. Implement necessary corrective actions for compliance.
Contribute to successful new projects
Experience in Automotive industry is a must
Engineering or Technical Degree
5-7 years of experience in Production Role
