About You:


As the Revenue Manager within the Consumer business, you will lead the local Revenue Management (RM) agenda for the Italian market, working close with the Regional Revenue Manager, the Country Manager and other functions in the market.

You will cascade the Regional RM and Business priorities working the different levers:
Strategic Pricing, Price-Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Trade Promotions and Commercial policy.

Furthermore, you will work closely with the Finance, Marketing and Sales teams and will be responsible for developing cross category best practice strategies and analytics to enable the company to achieve the Business and RM targets.


You will report directly to the Italy Country Manager, functionally to the Western Europe RM Lead and you will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).


YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Lead the local Revenue Management agenda in coordination with the Country Manager and Regional RM (Western Europe Revenue Management Lead).
  • Define local priorities through recurrent RM Business performance process.
  • Develop, track and optimize a 3year rolling RM plan.
  • Develop local RM Capability across functions (Category, Finance, Sales), as key step of the Commercial transformation, by implementing Tools and methodologies.
  • Provide Country Manager tangible RM strategies and implementation steps.
  • Work with Sales and Category teams running Diagnostics by Category-Lever to drive factbased recommendations by category and customer to deliver profitable growth based on consumer.
  • Measure and track the RM plan impacts with RM and Financial metrics: Net Sales, Profitability, Net realized revenue, Promo spend, Trade spend, Mix
  • Recommend and lead pricing and promotional activity plans in line with regional and country brand guidelines and customer budget to deliver business objectives.
  • Support Sales team with Commercial policy plan and framework by customer/channel.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:


  • Significant Revenue Management experience, ideally in Consumer Goods sector or Consulting.
  • Analytical background with experience in Commercial Strategy or Category Management.
  • Strong influencing skills and extensive Senior stakeholder management to embed RM mindset.
  • Experience working with RM Levers, methodologies and analytics, financial reporting tools and able to build effective Business cases and scenarios.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data modeling, Power BI user experience.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
