About The Job
Il Warehouse Logistic Manager è responsabile e garante dei servizi dell'area logistica, di cui assicura il raggiungimento degli standard qualitativi. Lavora a stretto contatto con le funzioni Acquisti, Avanzamento produzione, Industrializzazione e Produzione. Riporteranno a lui l'area Prodotto Finito e l'area Materia Prima.
Job responsibilities
Responsabilità principali del ruolo e responsabilità principale
- Pianificare e coordinare le attività logistiche relative a materie prime, semilavorati e prodotto finito
- Gestire spedizioni nazionali e internazionali (export/import), inclusa la documentazione doganale
- Coordinare i rapporti con trasportatori, spedizionieri, fornitori e terzisti
- Supervisionare le attività di magazzino (ricevimento, stoccaggio, picking, spedizione)
- Monitorare tempi di consegna, costi logistici e livelli di servizio
- Supportare la pianificazione della produzione in base alle esigenze logistiche
- Gestire eventuali criticità (ritardi, resi, non conformità)
- Ottimizzare i processi logistici in ottica di efficienza, riduzione costi e miglioramento continuo
- Redigere report e KPI logistici per la direzione
- Coordinare e formare risorse del team logistico
Profile
- Laurea o diploma in Logistica, Supply Chain, Economia o affini
- Esperienza consolidata (5+ anni) in ruoli logistici, preferibilmente nel settore calzaturiero
- Ottima conoscenza dei processi di magazzino e distribuzione
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottima padronanza di sistemi gestionali strumenti di analisi (Excel avanzato)
- Leadership e capacità di coordinamento
- Visione strategica della supply chain
- Problem solving e gestione delle priorità
- Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio
- Capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici
