- Sviluppare attivamente la conoscenza dei mercati internazionali e delle industries, per promuovere lo sviluppo del business degli Air Separation Units e LNG Plants in tutte le applicazioni, tradizionali e innovative
- Gestire e coordinare il processo di vendita, dalla fase di monitoraggio del mercato (in collaborazione con il Marketing) fino alla fase di acquisizione dell'ordine
- Gestire in prima persona la negoziazione con il Cliente
- Collaborare a stretto contatto con Technical Office, Project Management, Marketing e altre Funzioni aziendali, in team interdisciplinare e orientato al raggiungimento di obiettivi aziendali condivisi
- Collaborare con il Marketing e la Qualità per misurare la soddisfazione del cliente e sviluppare iniziative per elevare il Customer Satisfaction
- Collaborare all'interno della Funzione Sales per monitorare e migliorare gli obiettivi assegnati del processo di vendita in termini di evasione offerte, volumi di vendita e margini delle commesse
- Laurea in Ingegneria e brillante percorso accademico
- Inglese fluente e capacità di gestione autonoma di negoziazioni e analisi/ redazione di documentazione tecnico-commerciale
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte internazionali di breve durata
- Customer Connectivity, orientamento al cliente

Profilo ricercato: Proposal & Sales Engineer ASU & LNG Plants DivisionPer SIAD Macchine Impianti, Azienda del Gruppo SIAD specializzata nella progettazione, produzione e installazione di impianti ASU, LNG Plants e compressori, ricerchiamo un Proposal & Sales Engineer , per inserimento nel team Sales della Divisione ASU & LNG Plants.
La persona prescelta, in possesso di Laurea in Ingegneria e spiccata vocazione commerciale e relazionale, si occuperà dello sviluppo della conoscenza del mercato di riferimento, della gestione di offerte commerciali e della negoziazione con il Cliente, in un contesto internazionale e di crescita.

A valle del periodo di formazione iniziale, avrai la possibilità di gestire il tuo lavoro con un buon grado di autonomia, in un contesto multinazionale e di crescita del business, collaborando in modo attivo e partecipando ad iniziative strategiche a livello commerciale.
Sarai pienamente supportato a livello tecnico e funzionale, con la possibilità di approfondire tecnicamente il prodotto e collaborare con diverse Funzioni aziendali, in un ruolo dinamico e con possibilità di sviluppo e crescita personale e professionale. Avrai contatto diretto con Clienti internazionali leader di settore, avendo modo di mettere in gioco le tue competenze negoziali, relazionali, gestionali e tecniche.
