TECHNICAL PROPOSAL SUPPORT
Avrà il compito di assicurare la corretta emissione dell'offerta tecnico/commerciale da inviare ai clienti (da strutturare in lingua inglese) riguardo la fornitura di ricambi di impianto, equipment completi o revamping di sezioni di impianto esistente attraverso un'adeguata valutazione dei costi, una corretta richiesta di offerta ai fornitori rispetto quanto ordinato dai clienti, nel rispetto dei tempi, del budget di progetto e delle modalità stabilite.
Nello specifico:
Riceve la richiesta d'offerta del cliente, identifica e reperisce le specifiche tecniche di impianto e dei ricambi richiesti dal cliente.
Collabora con i reparti tecnici dell'ingegneria per l'identificazione delle eventuali soluzioni tecniche per la fornitura di ricambi e di modifiche richiesti dal cliente;
Sceglie i migliori fornitori ed emette la richiesta di offerta (RDO) verso il/i fornitore/i.
Monitora la risposta del fornitore e definisce, se necessario, una tabulazione economica dei fornitori
Redige le offerte ricambi per specifiche necessità di impianto del cliente e la carica sul gestionale aziendale (D365)
Si interfaccia con la parte tecnica del fornitore per eventuali chiarimenti/sviluppi e per assicurare la corretta fornitura del materiale.
Organizza il manuale tecnico da inviare al cliente relativamente alle parti di ricambio richieste.
Supporta il reparto Accounting nell'eventualità di problematiche di fatturazione segnalate dai fornitori.
Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa con OTTIMA conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritto che parlato. Formazione tecnica (chimico, meccanico.). Esperienza di un paio di anni in aziende settore dell'indotto di ingegneria o affini.
Pacchetto office, in particolar modo Excel.
Si offre un contratto iniziale di 1 anno, con prospettive future. Full time. Mensa aziendale, smart working. Tipologia contrattuale e livello di inserimento commisurati all'esperienza.
