Job ResponsibilitiesBe the Customer point of reference for all types of commercial requests:solve complex, high impact problems Willingness to learn our business processes and systems related tools Execute Order Entry, acknowledgments, shipping docs process related tasks Assist in quoting and pricing related process and follow up actions Arrange setting up of new part numbers, ready for customer order Maintain accurate Order Management related information in ERP systems (order book review and system clean up as applicable) Deal with Logistic companies to arrange the pick-up and delivery as per customers request Manage the export business related activities where applicableBe the reference person for logistics and customs related issues Proactively communicate with customers about order status related requests in a timely manner Promote customer satisfaction and achieves cycle time reduction through team-based problem solving Customer oriented skills and ability to create strong relationships Background & Skills High school or Bachelors degree English knowledge in speaking, reading and writing Customer focused mindset Organization and time management skills Team-oriented problem solving skills and corrective action methodology Proficient in creative problem solving, conflict resolution, and managing priorities 4-5 years of professional experience in order and export management would be considered a plus
