Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized assistance.
• Collaborate with the immigration and tax teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients from the sales process to service delivery.
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients interested in obtaining a Digital Nomad Visa for Spain.
• Utilize online tools and platforms to manage client interactions, track sales leads, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (additional language skills, especially Spanish, are a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
• Willing to learn immigration and tax topics related to the Digital Nomad Visa process.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using internet tools and online platforms for sales and customer relationship management.
