• Responsible for developing and maintaining the digitization systems of the manufacturing process.
• Implementation of technology to automate workflows and improve collection and use of big data.
• Identify new ways to use automation and advanced technology.

• Develop and maintain clear and accurate documentation of automation equipment or processes.
• Staff training.

• Solid understanding of computer programming and software development.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests.
• Creative thinking skills.
• Detailoriented personality.
• Excellent manual dexterity.
• Ability to communicate well to other members of the development team.
• Fluent English knowledge.
• 5 or more years of experience in similar position/role.
• Experience in multinational companies is preferred.

• Engineering Degree(Automation
• Computer
• Mechanical or Electrical)
• Master's Degree.

• Knowledge of MES, PI, IMM and/or other Automation processes.
• Compounding process and equipment knowledge.
