    Planning and Reporting AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning and Reporting Analyst to join our HQ Reporting, Methods & Systems team.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Pirelli Group local and integrated profitability data generation, leveraging internal controlling systems and in collaboration with all Group local subsidiaries as well as the relevant HQ corporate functions.
    • Supporting Reporting, Methods & Systems team during yearly budget, monthly closures, rolling forecast, strategic plans.
    • Sharing with local subsidiaries P&L information generated within the controlling systems.
    • Checking profitability data coherence and consistence across all the relevant dimensions of analysis.
    • Profitability data analysis to ensure adequate business explanations.
    • Ensuring monthly actual data transfer from accounting systems to controlling systems
    • Defining and monitoring economic and financial KPIs to support business decisions.
    • Local subsidiaries profitability monitoring according to Group Transfer Pricing Policy and in collaboration with Tax department.
    • Maintaining internal controlling systems functionalities, in collaboration with Information Technology department.
    • Designing, developing, and testing new systems for internal controlling

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience either in consulting firms with a focus on digital transformation projects for Administration & Control departments, or within Administration & Control departments of manufacturing companies.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic understanding of SAP.Knowledge of Oracle ERP tools for Enterprise Performance Management or familiarity with statistical tools for data analysis is a plus.
    • Proficiency in English and Italian language.
    • Good communication skills, team working and a proactive approach to problem solving. A meticulous approach to data management and analysis is essential.
