Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated graduate to join our international and growing team of Online Business Analysts based in Milan. As an Online Business Analyst, you will provide insightful analyses and recommend informed business decisions to identify opportunities for growth. You will work closely with the Store Management, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics teams to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities

Support the BA team in monitoring and analyzing data to optimize sales through and stock levels, ROI, and other KPIs.
Develop budgets, projections, and data analysis to drive seasonal buying and product strategy.
Provide detailed seasonal and ad-hoc reports and analysis on sales, stock levels, and marketing campaigns, offering customer insights to other teams.
Collaborate with key teams and brand partners to improve performance.
Participate in ad-hoc tasks and reports, ensuring no two days are the same.

Requirements

Engineering, Economics, or Business background (a previous internship experience is a plus).
Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret test results and draw insights.
Good working knowledge of Excel.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
