Our retail department for our office in Segrate (Milano - Italy) is looking for a


Outlet Buying and Allocation Specialist - maternity cover (f/m/d) (100%)**The purpose of the role is to plan and execute merchandise assortment to deliver annual sales plans in the Triumph stores in line with the brand strategy and the local market requirements.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Analyzing sales trends, monitor deliveries and make sure that stock level keeps in line with KPI
  • Attending all relevant product meetings globally and locally
  • Weekly Monitor Interfaces, orders, open orders, invoices, deliveries, allocations
  • Responsible for monthclosure Retail
  • Setting up Novelty collection in Spice as well as orders/ contracts in SAP
  • Pulling off performance of top ten and worst ten performing options making recommendations and taking appropriate actions in collaboration with the Outlet Cluster Team Lead
  • Liaising with RM and Supply Chain teams to ensure that stock flows regularly out to stores ensuring that key trading dates are potentialized during Valentines, Christmas etc
  • Providing analysis to prepare for seasonal markdowns and ad hoc promotions
  • Weekly/Monthly Store Visits
  • Report on Benchmarking and make suggestions to the Outlet Cluster Team Lead
  • Providing Ad Hoc analysis and reporting as required

Your ideal profile:

***- Minimum Bachelor's degree

  • 2 years of experience as a buyer or allocator
  • English and Italian as 'must have', Spanish as 'nice to have'
  • Experience within fashion industry Company or other Retail company will be an asset
  • Good knowledge of SAP is a 'nice to have'
  • Advanced level of MS Excel and PPT is required
  • Strong attention to details
  • Analytical skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • High interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to travel mainly in Italy
