Giacomo Ristoranti è alla ricerca di un/una Commis de Rang per l'unità operativa Giacomo Arengario, sita in Via Marconi, 1:
La figura ricercata si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
svolgere il servizio di sala nel rispetto delle proprie mansioni e secondo gli standard di Servizio;
mantenere puliti e ordinati gli spazi attinenti al Servizio, con lo scopo di garantire un ambiente salubre e funzionale;
preparare di tutto ciò che è necessario all'espletamento del servizio (stoviglie, ecc.);
allestire e occuparsi della sparecchiatura dei tavoli;
curare la mis-en- place;
supportare e assistere operativamente lo chef de rang nell'espletamento del servizio di sala.
Il/La candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo in contesti similari;
ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua costituirà un plus.
Completano il profilo: disponibilità, flessibilità, spirito di adattamento ed una naturale predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali.
