We need individuals who possess 5–7+ years of relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: talent acquisition/HR assessment (competency-based interviewing), organizational/I-O psychology or soft-skills/behavioral assessments. You should be comfortable staying objective across high volumes of responses while maintaining strong attention to detail and reliability through consistent ratings.
