We are looking for a Service Sales Representative with the primary objective of ensuring the significant growth in volumes established in the plan, the candidate will be entrusted with the management of commercial Service opportunities in the reference area.

The candidate will report to the Service Manager.

How you will do it Establish contact with prospect and qualify potential buyers of service contracts / installation projects by scheduling sales calls, following up of leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company offerings Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support achieving the designed sales plan Conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates Maintain correct and complete records of allsales related activities Submit all required sales reports, expenses, competitive activity and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers to ensure that Johnson Controls is meeting their requirements to ensure long-term customer loyalty.

What we look for Technical Diploma or Technical Degree (will constitute a preferential title) Good knowledge of the English language At least 4 years of proven experience in sales of SERVICES in the field of Industrial Refrigeration systems (The knowledge of refrigeration systems with screw, centrifugal and absorption technology will be a preferential title) Knowledge of Building Automation regulation and control systems will be preferential Strong commercial acumen Strong attitude to work independently and self-motivation Proactivity in actively contributing in the context of team-work dynamics Ability to manage complex relational situations Strongly oriented both to the definition of creative solutions and to the discipline and respect of business processes Able to interact with management, manage pressure situations and work within deadlines In possession of a proven track record of success in achieving the assigned volume and margin targets Availability for travel throughout the country Our benefits We offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility.
