    Job Description:

    We are seeking a strategic sales leader to drive growth in Southern Europe. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial commercial professional to build and scale the regional market.

    • This role involves developing and executing a sales strategy, driving new business acquisition, and leading complex technical sales cycles involving advanced condition monitoring solutions.


    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    1. A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets within the power transmission or generation space.
    2. Strong understanding of high-voltage substations, asset health diagnostics, utility asset management strategies, and reliability programs.
    3. Demonstrated ability to engage both engineering and executive-level stakeholders through consultative selling techniques.

    As part of this role you will be responsible for managing long term relationships with key decision makers as well as working closely with other departments such as Engineering , Commercial Team etc which can potentially help you grow professionally having these interactions.
